A HUGE thank you to Jeremy Mcgilberry and his team! I live out of town and was in desperate need of a non-medical transport for my severely disabled brother in Augusta. After our first phone call, I felt comforted that he could assist me. He asked all the pertinent questions and assured me that he could help! WOW! This is a wonderful organization to be involved with due to the nature of the services that they are trying to provide to this community. We have used them several times and up to this point they have always been on time has always been courteous and very easy to talk to. I like it because they do it as a Ministry and not as a job which is very important to me being a retired pastor. My wife is very satisfied with them and that speaks volume because she is very particular. Once you make an appointment Jeremy always follow up with you to ensure that you are aware of the fact that he has your appointment. Yes there is a small charge for the transportation however it is nowhere compared to what some of these other organizations charge. One other thing that I like about it is the executive director Jeremy is an active member in a local church and has a heart for people as far as I can see.
