Who We Are

Frontline Transit, LLC provides private-pay non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services in Augusta, GA and surrounding areas.

Booking & Eligibility

  • Rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
  • Service is available to all eligible individuals, including seniors and those with disabilities.

Cancellations

  • Cancel 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
  • Cancel 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Cancel under 12 hours or no-show: No refund

Payment

Payment is required in advance or at time of service via Stripe or other approved platforms.

Liability

We are committed to safe, on-time service. However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Medical incidents during transport (we are not a medical provider)

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services indicates agreement to the updated terms.
