Our Refund Guidelines:

  • Canceled 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
  • Canceled 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Canceled under 12 hours or No-show: No refund
  • Ride canceled by Frontline Outreach: Full refund
  • Service disrupted due to weather or emergency: Reschedule or full refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
